Export Shipping & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Dispatch Timeline: Finished leather prototype samples are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days following pattern digitizing and leather cut approval.

1.2 Carrier Partners: International sample shipments are transported via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or UPS Worldwide Saver with real-time end-to-end tracking provided in your Client Portal.

1.3 Sample Fee 100% Credit: The complete cost paid for your sample prototype order will be fully credited against your subsequent volume production invoice.

Corrista supports flexible international freight agreements customized to your brand's logistics setup:

• FOB (Free on Board): Delivered to Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra Port with export customs cleared. Buyer nominates ocean carrier.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Freight prepaid by Corrista to your destination port, including 110% all-risk marine insurance.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for select US, UK, and EU destinations where Corrista handles destination customs, import duties, and final warehouse delivery.
• EXW (Ex Works): Available for domestic buyers and international brands with their own freight forwarder collection across our manufacturing facilities (Kanpur, Kolkata, Noida / Delhi NCR, Ambur, and New Delhi).

3.1 Sample Prototype Orders: A sample order may be cancelled with a 100% refund at any point prior to the artisan cutting the leather hides (typically within 48 hours of order placement). Once leather cutting has occurred, the sample cannot be cancelled, but the purchase value remains 100% creditable against your upcoming wholesale order.

3.2 Wholesale Bulk Production Orders: Bulk production orders are executed against signed Bilateral Purchase Contracts and a 30% advance production deposit. Due to custom leather tanning and bespoke hardware casting:

• Cancellations requested before tannery dye lots are committed are subject to a 10% administrative processing deduction.
• Once leather hides are custom drum-dyed or cutting dies have been cast, the advance deposit becomes non-refundable to cover consumed raw materials.
