B2B Leather Manufacturing

Order System & How We Work

Follow our 12-stage leather goods manufacturing lifecycle. Every milestone is documented with live status radar updates inside your verified Client Portal.

1

Silhouette Selection & CAD Specification

Stage 01 · Design Blueprint

Browse our catalogue or upload your proprietary tech packs, vector emboss artwork, and hardware specifications. We configure precise sizing, leather temper, and lining requirements.

2

Proforma Invoice & Delivery Agreement

Stage 02 · Commercial Confirmation

We confirm order quantities, finalize unit costs, and determine your preferred freight method (DHL air express or ocean container freight). Proforma invoice and NDA are executed.

3

Golden Prototype Sampling (7–10 Days)

Stage 03 · Atelier Proof

Master artisans handcraft your initial golden prototype in our dedicated workshop atelier. We verify edge burnishing, stitching tension, and hardware fit, then dispatch via express courier.

4

Full Tannery Hide Sourcing (LWG Gold)

Stage 04 · Material Commitment

Upon golden sample approval, raw bovine hides enter drum tanning in certified LWG Gold-rated tanneries. Custom color matching, milling, and vegetable tanning physics are executed.

5

CNC Tooling & Emboss Die Casting

Stage 05 · Custom Tooling

Steel and brass debossing dies, hot-foil stamps, and bespoke hardware molds are CNC engraved. Each component is tagged with your private-label client identifier.

6

Precision Leather Clicker Cutting

Stage 06 · Grain Alignment

Leather hides are inspected under directional daylight lamps. Expert clickers hand-cut pattern panels along the natural grain line to guarantee dimensional stability and zero surface defects.

7

Skiving & 5-Coat Edge Burnishing

Stage 07 · Edge Architecture

Panel edges are skived to micrometer tolerances. Artisans apply five sequential coats of edge paint with hand-sanding between each layer for an immaculate, crack-resistant edge seal.

8

Assembly, Lining & Structural Bonding

Stage 08 · Structure & Reinforcement

Salpa reinforcements, microfiber suede or twill linings, and internal gusset supports are assembled using non-toxic water-based adhesives complying with EU REACH standards.

9

Saddle Stitching & Hardware Riveting

Stage 09 · Heavy Craftsmanship

Heavy bonded nylon or waxed linen thread is stitched at 7–8 stitches per inch. Solid brass or palladium-plated hardware rivets and Swiss-engineered zippers are affixed.

10

Comprehensive AQL 2.5 Quality Inspection

Stage 10 · Verification & Testing

Every finished unit undergoes tensile stress testing, zipper cycling, and edge inspection. High-resolution photographic reports and inspection sheets are logged in your Client Portal.

11

Luxury Brand Packaging & Export Boxing

Stage 11 · Final Finishing

Items are conditioned, enveloped in organic cotton dust bags, placed in custom rigid debossed gift boxes, and packed in double-wall export corrugated master cartons.

12

ICEGATE Customs Clearance & Global Dispatch

Stage 12 · Border Delivery

Export shipping bills are filed via the Indian Customs ICEGATE portal. Ocean or air bills of lading are issued with 110% marine cargo insurance coverage to your destination port.
